Built in the 1970’s and 1980’s the townhomes in Northfield Estates were built just outside the heart of Harrisonburg’s shopping district. This community is set back off the main road, offers an array of options in floor plans. Most of these townhomes include either two or three bedrooms, many with fenced yards, and some with basements. Townhomes in Northfield Estates offer between 1200 SF and 1500 SF. Being a more estabilished community, you will find more mature trees and landscaping in Northfield Estates than in some more recently constructed townhome communities.
